We offer frequent buyer discounts and welcome wholesale requests for any of our beads and findings supplies. All of our earrings come in pairs and are complete. All materials are fully explained. Some items show "SOLD" after a sale, because we may not be able to make same item with all materials shown. Other items can be produced again after a sale and are restocked.
Also, foreign currencies and precious metals markets fluctuate weekly, according to the London Spot Market. This means prices for precious metal beads, findings and components fluctuate weekly as well. This may mean that the same necklace or earrings you saw listed/sold previously for one price, may now be listed for a higher or lower price. We try to keep our prices updated regularly and accordingly. Plated items will not vary. The price you see at the time of purchase is the price you pay.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped within a timely manner, usually within seven to ten days for items already made. This is the current estimate of when items will leave the studio, after you place the order. Actual shipping time is determined by the method of shipping and the distance involved. Our normal shipping service is USPS. If there will be a delay for some unknown reason, we will notify you by email, telephone or regular mail. You will be able to consent to a shipping delay or cancel your order and receive a refund. Custom orders (making the piece in the colors/materials you chose) will take longer and you will be notified as to the extra amount of time needed to complete the piece(s). We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
Payment
We accept U.S. Dollars only by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If using credit card, we only ship to the credit card billing address. 8.8 % sales tax is charged for all shipments to addresses WITHIN the state of Washington. Additional shipping costs will apply outside of the United States. For Discount Coupon Code: email us BEFORE adding item to cart. Mention code word you have obtained from a previous source advertised, to obtain the Coupon code; once your code is emailed to you, enter in it box provided on shopping cart page, for your discount.
Return/Refund Policy
All of our products are 100% craftmanship guaranteed and we will be happy to replace or refund items that are defective. Personalized or Custom Orders or Hair Accessories may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned for refund under any circumstances. All other sales are final. You may email or telephone with other concerns and they will be handled on an individual basis. Refunds will be made for the value of the merchandise only. Shipping and handling costs are NOT refundable. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Our goal is to provide quality craftsmanship and are sure you will be happy with your purchases. It is the customers responsibility to wear and/or care for their jewelry or other item(s) properly. We are not responsible for any damage incurred by the individual. However, if your item(s) is/are defective upon receipt, email us at carrie@opalinspirations.com or call 1-866-599-OPAL (6725) immediately to receive an authorization code to return it/them. You may not return an item without an authorization code; If no one is available at the time of your call, be sure to leave your name, the item number and description, your order number, if applicable, your email address and daytime/evening telephone number where you can be reached.
Products must be in an unused condition and returned in the same package, or one that will safely transport the item(s) back, within seven (7) days of dated delivery receipt and must be mailed with a tracking number. U.S. mail with delivery tracking or UPS to Opal Inspirations, 1402 Auburn Way North, Auburn, WA. 98002-3309. There will be no shipping charge to replace defective items, and we do not charge a restocking fee, unless the item is personalized.
If the item was damaged in transit, you must notify your local post office with the original package and contents to initiate an insurance claim. Insurance claims may take 30 days or more to complete. The United States Post Office will handle your claim.
