Most of our jewelry pieces shown are custom designed.  We do commissioned custom work here at Opal Inspirations and offer password protected pages in order for you to watch the progress of your jewelry piece.  Prices and a time frame will be agreed upon before the work commences.  After your approval of the finished piece, it will then be moved to the corresponding page in which to place your order.  Until then, we will provide you with the password that you'll need to view the work in progress.  Click on "Commissioned Work" and enter your password.

You can email or telephone us with your ideas or you can send a photo to us with an idea.  If you have an older piece that needs restringing, updating or just redesigned, please contact us for information. 

We also accept loose stones that you either want placed into backings for earrings or in pendants; or drilled gemstone beads that can be incorporated into a jewelry design.

We will provide you with an authorization code in order to send us any loose jewelry materials; you are responsible for all costs, any insurance and for mailing the items to us in protective packaging with a tracking code.  We are not responsible for anything lost in the mail from you.  We will return all finished custom items with a tracking code, requiring your signature.

Note:  We have the right of refusal on any ideas we deem not appropriate, or simply do not have the means or time commitment, to do.  We will also refuse delivery of any jewelry materials without an authorization code.
